1) Interpretation & Definitions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India (e.g., Lucknow) having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable conflict-of-laws principles.
20) Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, you may pursue your claim in the competent courts identified above. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief.
21) Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
22) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
23) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
